Got Fireworks? The Tagers Do!

If your heading up to the south end of the lake, be sure to pick up some fireworks at one of the Tager’s two stands.  One is located next to our office  by the Stump Restaraunt and the other is at the Brookeland Country Mart.  Be safe and have a great holiday weekend. Happy 4th!

Happy 4th of July, Come By And See Us!

We will be working on the 4th and want to welcome you to come by and say hello if you in the area.  Even if your not looking to buy or sell, be are always glad to meet those wh0 come up to vacation as well as those that live here.  We have punch, cookies, and cupcakes  (while they last) to offer our guest who come in today.  If you have never been to our office, we are located next to the Stump Restaraunt just east of the Sam Raburn Dam.   We typically stay open until 3pm on Saturdays be we will stay as long as we have traffic coming in.  Also, there is a great Firework stand next to our office if your needing some for your 4th celebration.   Come by and pick some up.  Take care, be careful, and God Bless America.

Post Block Party Notes

C. L. Spotts and family envited all home owners in Sections 4 and E2 in Rayburn Country over to their house on June 25 for a Block Party.  Being that my family lives in Sect. E2, we attended and had a great time. It appeared that probably close to 80% of the home owners attended and all seemed to really enjoy themselves.  C.L. (withthe help of others) cooked chicken, pork chops, and burgers on the grill and lots of other foods were brought by attending guest.

It was great to meet several of the home owners whom we did not know plus great to see those we knew but had not talked to in a while.   C.L., Thanks for the great idea and for beings such a great host.  I want to encourage other home owners to look into doing the same thing in your area, it really helps make for tighter knit communities.

4th of July VFD Fundraiser at Rayburn

If your up at the lake on the 4th, be sure to go by and get some BBQ from the Volunteer Fire Dept. in Sect. 1 of Rayburn Country.  They will be selling BBQ sandwiches all day to help raise money.  Get some great food for a great cause.
